Wholesale Trade Printing FAQ
How do your wholesale trade printing prices compare to other companies?
At US Trade Print, we pride ourselves on providing the highest quality products at the best possible prices. Everything we do is in-house, so we’re able to offer some of the most affordable turnkey wholesale printing services for resellers.
What’s the difference between offset and digital printing?
Offset printing requires the use of metal plates that transfer an image onto a rubber sheet, which rolls the ink onto paper or other material. When it comes to digital printing, plates are not required, and the image is printed directly to the paper. Some of our products are available through either service. What you choose depends on budget, quantity, your deadline, and other factors.
Do I need to create an account to purchase from US Trade Print?
Yes. By creating an account, you will be verifying that you are in the wholesale business and will have access to our products and information, including pricing, shipping, etc. Accounts also allow customers to keep their information up-to-date and keep track of their orders.
How do I create an account?
Click on the “Login” icon at the upper righthand corner. At the bottom of the login box, select “Register.” Be sure to fill in all boxes marked with a red asterisk as this information is required in order to establish an account. Once you have filled in the information, click the “register” button.
How do I change my password?
Click on the “Login” icon at the upper righthand corner. At the bottom of the login box, select “Forgot password?” and provide your username on the following page. Once you click “reset password,” you should receive an email with a link allowing you to change your password.
What types of files can I send to US Trade Print?
At US Trade Print, the most common and preferred file format is PDF (Portable Document Format). However, we also accept .eps, .tiff, .psd, and .ai files as well.
What resolution should my files be set to?
For print, it is best to submit a file with a resolution of 300 dpi. Anything less, like 72 dpi, may look clear on your screen but can result in pixelated and unclear prints.
Can US Trade Print ship an order directly to my client?
For the safety and anonymity of our customers and our business, we do not allow orders to be directly shipped to clients.
Yes. Resellers may pick up their orders from our facility located at 12082 Western Ave, Garden Grove, CA 92841.
